I’d been an avid scrapbooker for over ten years before one of my good scrapbooking friends enticed me into joining a Stamp Club with her. I had purchased a few stamps and some ink pads over the years, but I’d never really learned to use them. After one evening in "club", I was hooked! I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of learning in my demo’s home with a few close friends around the table. After almost 2 years in club, I decided to sign on as a Stampin’ Up! independent demonstrator. And can you guess what my good friend who talked me into club said?

Over the years, I’ve helped my friends choose decorative paper for their scrapbook pages, make hand-made Christmas gifts, even create their own wedding invitations. Helping someone create that wonderful project for a special occasion is one of the best feelings in the world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people you love.
